Many of our champions are already British, World or Commonwealth champions and all tipped for future success.
In the next four years, the UK will host two of the biggest global sporting events with the 2012 London Olympics and the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. Most of our athletes will proudly represent Scotland and Great Britain at these events.
